Jason M. of Ohio – Submitted Testimony

For a long time I felt angry and stayed away from church after some tough times in my life. I doubted everything and kept people at a distance. A friend kindly invited me to a Bible study, and I went even though I wasn’t sure. There, I learned that God’s grace meets us where we are. After months of honest prayer, counseling, and reading the Bible, I found healing I didn’t think was possible. Psalm 34:18 became true for me: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Now I am rebuilding relationships and trying to help in my church in small ways. I still have hard days, but I know I am not alone.
